We are located at 2409 Crabtreet Blvd Suite 118 in Raleigh, NC. Parking is available in the lot in front of the building.

Plese bring a mat & water. We provide all equipment needed for class. We recommend wearing indoor sneakers for our Dance Cardio & Sculpt classes.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to check in, get set up, and settle into your space. Doors will close at the start of class time.

All classes are 50 minutes. Most classes are “warm.”

Yes! All classes are designed to be accessible to a range of fitness levels. Our instructors offer variations and encourage you to move at your own pace.

Yes! If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. You’ll be notified via email or text if a spot opens up. You will automatically be added to class up to one hour before class start time.

Phones are not allowed in the studio space before and during class. Phones must be silenced and stored before entering the studio space.

We get it - life happens! However, to keep things fair for everyone, please cancel your class 12 hours in advance of the class start time. Cancellations made within the late cancellation window will result in a $10 penalty.

Out of respect and safety for the instructor and other clients, we will not allow entry into class more than 5 minutes after class begins. If you arrive late, your spot may be given to a waitlisted client. Late arrivals will be considered No-Shows.

If you do not show up for your scheduled class time and did not cancel in advance, you will be considered a no-show. You will incur a $20 penalty.

Clients on the waitlist who are present at the studio will be offered spots starting 3 minutes before class time. Waitlisted clients will be offered spots in class based on their place in line on the waitlist.
